Quick email response. Reasonable price given. Good communication. Car picked up 2 hours after agreeing price. Friendly guy. Money transferred into my bank there and then, bank confirmation straight away - tagged with my registration and the name of the company. Gov details of changed ownership arrived to my phone straight away. Was pleasantly surprised about how smooth the process was.

I called Scrap My Car Company and the service was excellent from start to finish. They even picked me up to go to the car, which was a huge help and really went out of their way to do me a favour. The whole process was quick and hassle-free — I called the day before and the car was picked up the next day. Couldn’t ask for better service — highly recommend!
